My work experience includes being Head Aesthetician of the Countryside Country Club, Head Aesthetician of the Spa at the Belleview Biltmore and Educating Aesthetician of a European skin care company. I have also worked for three plastic surgeons in the area. I Have a great passion for my work and a love for people. Seeing results is why I do this! Brenda Brittany I have been a Licensed Cosmetologist since 2004. I specialize in a variety of Waxing Services, including Full Body & Brazilian, in addition to Ear Candling. All of my services are designed with your comfort in mind. I offer a soothing & peaceful ambience to my clients to assure their relaxation. I've been a resident of both Pasco & Pinellas Counties for over fifteen years and spent four years at Brazilian Tanning Spa in Trinity, Florida. Brittany Carla I was licensed in Michigan and continued my education at Vidal Sassoon Academy in Westwood, California. I owned a successful hair salon for over 20 years and STILL LOVE HAIR. I DO IT ALL. My favorites are: hair coloring, cutting and special occasion hair styling (updo). I am now featuring Simply Straight Keratin Treatment, a safe, natural, formaldehyde-free smoothing process. I have been at Avantgarde Hair Salon for 17 years. Before that I worked at one of the original TV make over salons in Safety Harbor and did appearances on Murphy in the Morning Show. I enjoy meeting people and love the feeling of making clients feel great about the way they look. Strong points - listening to my clients wants and needs, hair cutting, styling, colors, foils and perms. Fran Kelly I hail from New York City where I completed my cosmetology education & excelled in beauty enhancement. My specialities include color & extensions. My work consists of both classic & contemporary styles. I'm also trained and certified as a nail educator and take continuing education courses throughout the year to keep up with trends and new products. My specialties are color acrylic 3D flower, glitter acrylic and gel services. Mya Patrick I've been in the business for over 20 years. I worked in Dublin, Ireland for most of my career, but spent 2 years with Toni & Guy in Miami, which I found to be a great learning experience. I owned my own salon in Dublin for 4 years, which is still there and doing well. I felt it was time for a change and have enjoyed being here very much. I love all aspects of hairdressing, but my specialty is highlights and precision cutting. I think hair color should be used more with everyone, it doesn't have to be about covering grey all the time, it can be more about fun and style. Patrick Sal My career spans over 40 years. I opened my first hair salon in New York in 1971 and operated another in Las Vegas with over thirty stylists & manicurists. In 1989, I became a distributor for Giovanni Cosmetics in Orange County, CA, while working as a stylist in Beverly Hills. I also became an educator for the company and traveled extensively throughout the United States & Great Britain. In the mid-1990s, I relocated to Florida where I opened a salon in Pensacola before settling in Clearwater. In Avantgarde, I have now found a salon with all the conditions & personality of which I feel proud to be a part, thanks to Gary & Oscar. Sal The Vitacco-Robles' We are proud to be the new owners of Avantgarde & are appreciative of our wonderful loyal clients & staff. Gary is a licensed mental health counselor & nationally certifed counselor who treats children & families who have survived abuse & trauma. He practices in Tampa & supervises a specialized treatment program for over twenty years.Gary remains active in Hillsborough County's Sexual Abuse Intervention Network & is a published author. Oscar concurrently manages a team of account managers at a major payment processing corporation in St. Petersburg where he has been employed for over twenty years. Our goal has been to combine our energy to elevate Avantgarde to a higher level & to create a warm, family atmosphere. Gary & Oscar Wendy I have been a hairstylist since 1980 and transferred from CT to Clearwater in 1995 to Avantgarde. I have worked with Goldwell and Matrix products from the beginning of my career. I value my long term clients and love meeting new clients. I like the learning of new trends of color and cuts as well as new formal updo trends, but I give a great cut and understanding to the clients that don’t like change. I specialize in foils, color, color correction, precision cuts, updo's, perms, hair relaxers, thermal straightening and facial waxings. Favorite color is pink. I love chocolate, wine, cooking and growing orchids. Apart from my other passions in life are my family, friends and my animals. Wendy
